Through this partnership, I’m pleased to offer virtual mental health support, making it more accessible for people across Ontario, the Northwest Territories, and the Yukon. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, grief, body image concerns, self-compassion, acceptance, or any other aspect of mental health, I’m here for it. You can now receive professional support tailored to your needs from the comfort of your own home.
